Shipping policy

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and Contact us via email: droniculture@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 9075827810 , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.

Shipping Partners -

We use Delhivery to ship our products to your destination.
We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time -
 
We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 to 72 Hours.
We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Shipments through Delhivery logistics services, if created before 04:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-7 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.


Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.

Return & Warranty policy

What is the warranty provided by Droniculture Systems LLP?

All products sold by Droniculture Systems LLP by default are covered under 2 days warranty even if you see warranty none on the product page.

We at Droniculture Systems LLP assure you of providing an accurate description and standard industrial quality products on the website. All our products would be covered under manufacturing defect warranty and would be repaired / replaced if found defective. If any product is found to be not working or not matching the description of the website, the same needs to be informed to Droniculture Systems LLP (India) via email: droniculture@gmail.com within a period of 2 days from delivery of the product to avail the warranty.  
    
Please note that if the product is modified / damaged due to improper handling, reverse polarity voltage input, overloading, short circuit or ESD the warranty will be void.

 

How do I claim warranty for the products?

Please email Droniculture Systems LLP (India) with the details of the problem faced in the product along with relevant images / operating video. Our customer service department will check the details and if required issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Also our team can take decision to replace the product without return or refund amount for that product.
    
After the RMA number is issued, the customer has to courier the product to the below address mentioning the RMA number on the return box. The address for courier is :

Once the product is received, our technical services department will check and update within a week of receiving the parcel.

 

My product is out of warranty but not working somehow, can Droniculture Systems LLP repair my product?

Yes, for sure. If the warranty is over it doesn't mean that our responsibility towards the sold product is over. We provide repairing service at

minimal possible rates. Please reach out to us at droniculture@gmail.com and we shall be glad to help you.

 

My product is completely working but of no use to me will Droniculture Systems LLP accept return?

Droniculture Systems LLP (India) will be able to exchange any item only if the packaging is not broken and provided the customer has informed us within 24 hours of receiving the items. If any of this criteria is not matched Droniculture Systems LLP is not liable to exchange such items.We urge customers to select products properly while ordering. Once the items are used we will be unable to sell to someone else hence Droniculture Systems LLP is firm on not accepting such items back.
