Order Cancellation Policy

• This Order Cancellation Policy applies when customer cancels all or part of an order within 2 hours of purchase after order acceptance and acknowledgement from Droniculture Systems LLP (India) but before shipment of Goods or Execution of services.  Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. All claims once item is shipped will be in accordance to our return policy.   To cancel an order you have placed with Droniculture Systems LLP (India), you must contact customer support by email: droniculture@gmail.com or Call us on 9075827810 within 2 hours of purchase. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
